She has gone above and beyond for each cleaning. I especially love the little details; cleaning the bathroom bin, taking all garbage she comes across out, leaving neat points on the paper towels and toilet paper, and she does an excellent job with pet hair. We have two dogs, and as much as I try to keep up with the pet hair, she always manages to get to the bottom of it during each visit. I highly recommend choosing Caroline's Cleaning for your home!!

I am satisfied with Caroline's cleaning. She was very responsive when I asked what her services had, and she also had a comprehensive list of what to expect.

She had two helpers working for her and they were very kind, considerate, and quiet. They were so considerate I thought they wouldn't bother me to clean another part of my room!

Overall, I'm happy with their service. The helpers worked very hard with my 3 story town house & I'm very satisfied with the work they did on my stove, microwave, and oven. My stove was really oily and filled with grease and my microwave was dirty but greasy to touch, but after they worked on it, the grease is no more! Wish I had before and after photos!

There were some parts that were still not finished cleaning but I had talked to Caroline and she was willing to let them come back for a bit to finish up with no charge. Couple things I would complain about is that if there were some areas they didn't try to clean but I'm pretty sure it's just because I had a lot of clutter in the area and they would only move so much for time, and sometimes when mopping/vacuuming they would hit edges/walls a bit harder than I would like.

Wow, My home looks brand new again! Martha on Caroline's team was super responsive and able to give me a quote over the phone and get me set up right away. The cleaners did a great job. Reading some of the other reviews, I'm not sure what kind of products they used and it looked like their equipment was a little old and could use some updating. But my house was extremely clean, I can say that. There were two cleaners, a guy and girl. The guy seemed to do most of the heavy lifting, but the woman did a good job in the kitchen. My bathrooms, showers, etc were spotless, and the guy did an excellent job for the dirtiest parts of my house. The woman dusted for almost the first hour. I thought she could have used that time better, but everything was done in the end, even my balcony. Of course, the guy did that.

The two cleaners showed up on time, were super polite and wore masks the entire time they cleaned. They worked quickly but diligently, and when they left my apartment was spotless.

Also, the pricing was not only reasonable but a few dollars less than I have been quoted elsewhere, which I really appreciated. I'm booking them to come back every 2 weeks because I liked it so much.

Talk about going above and beyond! My house was a wreck after moving in and trying to get settled. Hired Caroline and after sending her a few videos, she had me a quote and on the schedule within the week.

The two ladies who came were on time, polite and wore masks. They cleaned this house until it shone. Mirrors, countertops, made the bed, even did the dishes I had stacked up in the sink. The couch was cleaned and the blankets on it folded nicely.
